Position Summary
The Administrative Courier / Maintenance Specialist will assist the Office Administrator in all areas and tasks related to office operations. They will distribute and route mail and packages and manage package deliveries throughout Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County. The Courier will also assist in any special tasks or projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up FedEx and UPS packages from Mall Security and distribute them to the executive office and mall management daily.
- Delivery of confidential correspondence and technical equipment to multiple Company office locations throughout Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
- Assist in the transportation of documents and products as needed for signatures or delivery.
- Assist the Office Manager with event supplies pickup, set up, and clean ups.
- Maintenance tasks.
- Refill the paper in all copiers throughout the office daily.
- Assist with Instacart pick up on a weekly basis.
- Organize employee’s office supplies in the storage room and notify receptionist if running short on certain items.
- Assist with corporate vehicle maintenance (Gas, Carwash, etc.).
- Assist with employee packages from vehicle to office.
- Assist with special tasks assigned by CEO, CFO,COO and SVPs.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma and one to three years of related experience in the field and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clear driving record
Requirements:
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is typically required.
- Clean Driving Record
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle lifting requirements (usually 50+ pounds) is important.
- Time Management: Good time management skills are important to ensure deliveries are made on schedule.
- Customer Service Skills: Good communication and professionalism
- High School Diploma or GED
